This wonderful private lakeside cabin on Main Lake has 4 BR/3 Baths, and 2 living areas - main level and lower level. It has wonderful views and the main lake to enjoy. The lower level has 2 Bedrooms, and a TV area with large screen TV- bring your Netflix and Amazon Prime passwords with you. Wi-Fi is available for guests. Ping-Pong table, lots of board games - in case of rain! 

Main Level - 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms (Queen & 2 Twin Beds) and open Kitchen, living, and dining area - with great views. Stone Fireplace and a wonderful kitchen island to just hang out!
Lower Level 2 Bedrooms/Hall Bath (Queen & 2 Twin Beds) TV area and Ping Pong Table

Notes

READ below about Septic and AC Units....

CHECK-IN TIME:  4:00 PM EST
If the property is ready earlier than 4:00 PM, we will contact you. There is no extra charge for an early check-in, when available.  Our properties have remote access and codes will be provided 3 days before check-in via e-mail, so there is no need to pick up a key.  You can check in at your convenience.

CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM EST

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund, minus any non-refundable service fees. Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable service fees. Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable.

PETS:
This is a dog-friendly property with deposits. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Dogs must be at least one year old, up to date on all vaccinations, and up to date on flea and tick medication. All waste must be cleaned up from the property. 

SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a remediation fee charged to your credit card on file. If you smoke outside, it must be away from the home to avoid the smell entering the home and you must clean up all butts.

VERY IMPORTANT: 
Every home is on SEPTIC, not sewer…nothing down the toilet or sinks except water, human waste, & TP.  No grease, feminine products, etc.  This will ruin a vacation and if said products found to correct a septic issue, the renter will be charged to clean the septic.

AC (Air Conditioning):
Please do not set your AC below 70, especially during hot summer days, if the AC freezes up during your stay and the thermostat was below 70, you will be charged for repair.
