Welcome to your Lakefront Getaway! Time to relax and enjoy spectacular Lake access and views. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the Lake Gaston Golf Club, 2 minutes from the Lake Gaston Flea Market (open Saturdays and Sundays,) and less than 10 min away from Food Lion, Family Dollar, Lake Gaston Pizza and more.
Enjoy swimming away from heavy boat traffic on Lake Gaston, while surrounded by lots of great water. There is 4-6 feet of swimmable water off the boat dock with a gradual drop off past the dock. The spacious upper deck and lower patio include plenty of seating, a fire pit and a patio swing off the lower patio.
Inside you will enjoy plenty of space to spread out with your guests. The main level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, laundry room, kitchen and dining area; the walkout basement includes a 2nd master bedroom that walks out to the lower patio, an additional sleeping room, a lounge with a large Tiki bar and a huge gameroom with 5 game tables.

Main Floor Master Bathroom is a full bath with Jetted tub and a standalone shower
Main Floor 2nd Bathroom is a full bath with tub and shower
Finished Basement Bathroom is a full bath with large shower with 2 shower heads
Check in time: 4:00 pm est
If the property is ready earlier than 4:00 PM, we will contact you. There is no extra charge for early check in, when available. Our properties have remote access and codes will be provided 3 days before check-in via e-mail, so there is no need to pick up a key. You can check in at your convienence.
Check out time: 10:00 am est
Cancellation policy:
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before arrival will receive 100% refund, minus any non-refundable service fees. Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable service fees. Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable.
Pets:
With the exception of service animals, no pets are permitted at the property for any reason.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a remediation fee charged to your credit card on file. If you smoke outside, it must be away from the home to avoid the smell entering the home and you must clean up all butts.
Usage of pedal boat, kayacks and life vests, is at your own risk. The boat lift is not usable. You are welcome to pull up at the side of the dock and tie up your boat.
